Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. What This Covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Irvcorlabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies on Hiredrm (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. We Only Use Strictly-Necessary Cookies
Hiredrm does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing technology. We use only the cookies required to keep you securely signed in:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token | Keeps you signed in (Supabase authentication session). | Session / up to 7 days | Strictly necessary |
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Stores your authenticated session so you don't have to log in on every page. | Session / up to 7 days | Strictly necessary |
3. Why There's No Cookie Consent Banner
Under GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and CCPA/CPRA, consent banners are required for non-essential cookies (such as advertising or analytics cookies) — not for cookies that are strictly necessary for the service you've requested to function, like staying logged in. Because Hiredrm uses only strictly-necessary authentication cookies, no consent banner is required, and we have chosen not to show one rather than ask for a decision that has no actual effect. This policy itself serves as the required disclosure.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We do not embed any third-party advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking scripts on Hiredrm. Our payment processor, Stripe, may set its own cookies when you are on a Stripe-hosted checkout page, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) — those cookies are not accessible to us.
5. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because our only cookies are required to keep you signed in, blocking them will simply log you out and may prevent you from logging in.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example, product analytics), we will update this policy and add a consent banner before any such cookie is set, as required by law.
