Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Hiredrm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Hiredrm is operated by Irvcorlabs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), 7616 W Courtney Campbell Cswy Unit 309, Tampa, FL 33607.
2. Description of Service
Hiredrm is a job search pipeline management tool that helps users track job applications, interviews, and offers. The Service is offered on a free tier and paid, auto-renewing licenses (Gold and Platinum, each available as a 90-day or 1-year term), following a 7-day free trial with full Gold access. Some accounts created before this pricing was introduced remain on a legacy monthly subscription.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not share your account with others.
4. Subscription and Billing — Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Gold and Platinum are sold as licenses for a fixed term you choose at purchase — 90 days or 1 year. THIS IS A RECURRING PURCHASE: your license automatically renews at the end of each term for another term of the same length, at the then-current price for that plan and term, charged to the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Current prices are listed on our pricing page and in your billing settings. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, from Settings → Billing → Manage Billing; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the term you already paid for. We will not charge you for a renewal if you cancel before the renewal date. You may also purchase a one-time 30-day extension ($19.97) on an active license, limited to two extensions per license term; an extension delays your next renewal charge by 30 days and does not itself auto-renew. A Gold license may be upgraded to Platinum at any time for the same term; the upgrade is billed immediately at the prevailing Platinum price for that term less the prorated value of the unused time remaining on your current Gold license, calculated automatically by our payment processor at the moment of upgrade. Accounts created before this pricing model (legacy monthly subscribers) continue to be billed monthly at their existing rate and may cancel at any time through the billing portal, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. 5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Gold plan features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (c) resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent; (d) use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service; or (e) impersonate another person or entity.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time using the Export feature (available on Gold and Platinum plans). If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Irvcorlabs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial job search purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for outcomes related to your job search.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiredrm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
